Wearing a Kilt for fun around your Kids Friends and Family? - kids holiday pajamas

My family is the kilt, and we are in America, much less Texas. I am really a Piper. Over the years, I have some causal Kilts I love being around the house, I can not help but wonder if one day my kids to get fear, friends, had especially with "adolescence. I know that all young people are ashamed of their parents at some point, but I wonder what the extremes to which children and young people?

I am proud of my kilts and is not ashamed of this part. Not in my basket or karate pajamas, wearing a kilt go out in public, even if they look cool, at least as cool as a kilt.

That reminds me, if you want to see with children in kilts, visit the original website:

A little history. Kilts, I began taking more and more, and now my family will be angry if I put my kilt around the holidays when they use the same to me a hard time and tease me, because wearing a skirt. This from a man who normally Wranglers and cowboy boots. Now want to see all my kilts. Unfortunately, I will use my real kilt, if something special too expensive. Sport Kilts is much cheaper, about $ 100 to $ 1000, so why am I so that in addition to now receives as a gift with all facilities.

I'm there with ya! I have a drawer in my family tartan and the rest sportkilts Stillwater. Heritage pulled up my skirt and kept me comfortable.

I should have to wear skirts with pride, his family and friends. Be prepared only for friends of their children to be asked the same questions to ask.

Once they are on 6 years they can be embarressed.
Maybe more.
But I want to leave as soon as possible, so it's not in the habit of using them.

Here's the thing: you're a parent. They do not live their lives according to what their children can or can not find embarrassing, you need to do what you will care to dress and how you feel at ease (except if you are asked, a dress for a formal to raise) and is still a shame to reduce to. It is the natural order, and it is annoying, cause long-term confusion about the division of power in the family and the role of adults and children.

I have an unhealthy obsession with boys wear skirts, and once in a Piper date, so it is perhaps a little biased ... lol

But I would say just do what you want and not about what you think your child's friends to take care of. If he were really concerned, take to spend on pants for the first few hours with friends, then your child about how his father was a stranger to warn their friends that they next time! All young people, their parents are weird, no matter what they wear.
